A professional with over 25 years of experience in the Indian IT industry. A member of the senior management team, who has been heavily involved in the development of strategy for the telecom and embedded business for the company. Managed the P&L for the telecom business.
Diverse experience in business development and delivery with many fortune 500 companies. Heavily involved in building business with large Japanese corporate. Built products and IPs to build business with customers. Managed large development center operation of more than 12000 people. Implemented cost management by lean and six sigma tools. Have implemented Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, CMM, CMMi, TL9000 and PCMM process in delivery and have significant achievements in growing large accounts.
More than Fifteen years of very successful business and delivery with Japanese customers. Built business teams from scratch for multiple organisations across Geographies and grown significantly in the organisation. Conceptualise product idea and incubate business in new technologies. Good association with Academic institutions and used their research capability for business development. Handling large operations and manage cost optimization successfully, along with business responsibility.
